How do I download the HotSpot app?
HotSpot is in soft launch on the App Store and Google Play. Sign up at hotspot.et to receive a download link as availability rolls out.
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in screen, or open the Help Center form below with topic "Account & sign-in" and we will help you recover access.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account at hotspot.et/delete-account, or submit a Data / privacy request through the form below. Personal data is removed within 30 days, except where law requires retention.
I want to list my hotel / restaurant / guide service.
Use the partner application at hotspot.et/partner. For other business inquiries, use the form below with topic "Partnership inquiry."
