Lake-Hopping in Bishoftu: My Favorite Weekend Ritual

Bishoftu is only 45km away but it feels like a total vacation. I spent the day "lake-hopping" between Lake Bishoftu and Lake Babogaya. There is nothing better than having a cold drink on a terrace overlooking a volcanic crater. If you want a quick escape from the Addis traffic, this is the place to go.
